During the final phase of construction and moving into our new office building, we have had limited access to our cereal laboratory. Because of that, some of our quality testing has been on hold. We have moved into our new building and are slowing getting all the lab processes rolling again. The only recent Chopin Alveograph and Consistograph tests have been on the most recent lot of our malted AP flour. Those results may be found on the malted AP link below.
